The time is running short....Huh? Well, that's what just flew through my mind. An ceaseless stream of random thoughts streaking through the space of cosciousness. All too fast to grab ahold of, make sense of and digest.. The end result is never ending egg shell dance. These vapor trails of thought hold the key to my success. Within them is another place in key to grounding my......OK, enough of this esoteric shit...and by the way, what does esoteric mean.
I have in front of me a day that involves status meetings, billing meetings and a looming date with the tax man. Compared to one and two years ago, I have made marked progress. Thoughts, dreams and hopes are still dangle just out of my reach but my fingertips are scraping the surface. A full grip is a short way off.
I want to pick up the new Kings of Leon disc today, explore spirituality, check out the Henri Cartier Bresson exhibit at the Interntaion Center of Photography, further integrate the MacBoom into my life and and simply take a deeper step into becoming me.
There are words. Many words. Words connected to other words that all reside deep inside my mind that if archived (excavated maybe?) and put into perspective have the makings of a real book. My writing style is real also. I have had enough comments from other people that talk of my ability to paint mental pictures. How to turn that into a cohesive whole?
Cyberspace and bookshelves are filled with endless volumes of words spliced to together into an opinionated mess. What doest that mean? Nothing. Well, its a rationalization that it does not make any sense for me to bother trying... True....
That is true. Now, I am beginning to wind myself into a pretzel. As I type these words, my minds has pulled an ameoba, split in half and is off thinking about my status meeting and the dreaded call report, i would have to write afterward. These things, when looked at objectively are insane. These are little things in a much bigger picture. Same thing with the billing issue. Just get it done...
