Some goals I have

Spiritually -- none that are really definable. Figure out why I am here... is that even important to know.  If you remember that show Quantum Leap then you will understand how I feel about my purpose.  Whenever he leaps to a new time, place, person etc. he has to figure out his purpose and achieve success or he will never get home.  What is my home then? what is the ultimate goal? 

Family -- Get better at staying close to family and keeping in contact with them.  I find it hard to do this for some reason.  An easy way to do this I think is to call one family member a day (besides my brother). Just to say hi and check up on them.

Girlfriend -- Wake up every day with the intent to make her day better than the last. As long as I feel like she does the same I will continue.

Professional -- I need to stop thinking in the grandiose terms that I do sometimes and sharpen my system of client acquisition.  I need to polish the way I do things so that my clients truly understand that my own percieved value stems from being their advocate.  I advocate for their family, for that little voice inside that tells them to do things and they put them off, and for the future that seems so far away to them but is their when they wake up tomorrow.  I think I need to simplify what it is that I do and make myself hit small goals every day.  I also need to get my website back up and running.

Personal -- I need to get more organized, better at following through on things for myself.  I definitely put myself last in life.  For example I will spend an hour cooking dinner and cleaning up after at my girlfriends house but I can't fold my own laundry right out of the dryer it just sits in a pile in my room all wrinkled because I am always off doing something like work or play.  I don't take care of the little things in a timely manner I wait until they get out of control then it takes me longer to complete the task.

I am sure I will have more as time goes on but generically this is a good start.
