What happened today at Virginia Tech was nasty.  It happened so physically far from me, but this one for some reason hit hard and doesn’t seem so far away.   I can’t seem to smile today.  How could anyone.  Those poor students, the poor families and friends.  Knowing that what happened is possible and real makes me realize that something like this can happen again.  We live in a crazy world!  What is it that we need to change?  Is it even possible to rid the world of this level of craziness?
